The assessment is not a generic strategy deck. It gives the client a practical, integrated basis for one bounded decision.

    State the recommended action, supporting evidence, limitations and responsible decision maker.

    Facts and proposed changes remain distinct.

  2. Current-state map

    Show the workflow, systems, responsibilities and material friction.

    Missing viewpoints and evidence remain visible.

  3. Options and risk view

    Compare viable interventions and the conditions each would require.

    AI is not assumed to be the answer.

  4. Baseline and first-action brief

    Define how a separately scoped action could be evaluated.

    No detailed implementation is included automatically.

Assessment integrity

A no-build conclusion is a valid result.

The assessment may recommend process repair, better use of existing software, a specialist, deferral, no implementation or no further engagement. If action is justified, implementation is separate and remains explicitly scoped.
